Greetings, Explorers -
Almost exactly a year ago I was in Costa Rica planting the seeds for The Heart Space Center.
The day after Christmas in 2023 I made the decision to leave my 9-5 job and invest my heart, energy, experience, and gifts into The Heart Space Center, and our future Explorers - 100%.
As February comes to a close and we prepare for daylight savings and stepping into the lightness of Spring, I am feeling deeply grateful for the humans I’ve had the opportunity to work with in the short 9 months of The Heart Space Center’s existence.
Humbled for the deep healing I am honored to witness in our Somatic Experiencing® Explorers.
Excitement in the moments when our Yoga Explorers share that they can feel their bodies getting stronger through their regular asana practice - and I can see it!
Tickled when I hear a Meditation Explorer share how they can truly feel presence when we practice.
Warmth and love when a Somatic Breathwork Explorer shares how much lighter they feel after the release felt in their journey space experience.
These modalities can be truly life-altering if we take the time to dedicate ourselves to ourselves - through the practice that speaks to us!
Thank you to everyone who has chosen to journey into The Heart Space Center with me over these past 9 months. I am truly humbled and grateful to be working with each of you.

DEEP DIVE '25
APRIL 30 - JUNE 13
Deep Dive '25 is a 6-week series for deep Self exploration, inner healing, and connection with a small group of like-minded individuals ready to journey, explore, and get curious, together.
Throughout the 6-week duration of our Deep Dive, participants will receive:
Weekly Somatic Breathwork Ceremonies with the same small, intimate group (5 total), hosted at the beautiful, sacred container of Ananda Yoga Space in Garden City.
Breathwork Ceremonies will also offer time for participants to practice Active Listening, and to share what’s feeling most present for them.
Weekly 1:1 Somatic Experiencing Sessions with Heart Space Center Founder, D'Arcy Valverde (6 total). 1:1 sessions will be hosted either in-person at The Heart Space Center’s Home Studio Space, ~10 minutes north of downtown Boise, or virtually (participants choose).
(1) 30-minute phone consultation prior to their first 1:1 SE session and Group Breathwork Ceremony.
Only 2 spots remain and we expect them to fill up. The early bird rate will end in March.

NEW VENUE for our March 15 Somatic Breathwork Ceremony & Web Weaving Ritual - and it’s such a special space✨
D’Arcy has attended a few events at Portal and has appreciated the energy and vibe so much. It has been a location she’s wanted to host Somatic Breathwork Ceremony in for a while now and is excited to bring this special offering into The Heart Space Room (yes - that’s what the room is called!) at Portal!

Participants will embark on a full Somatic Breathwork Ceremony to help release, clear, and awaken. We will conclude our time together with a special Web-Weaving Ritual inspired by the Weave Your Web oracle card.
Join as we, together, confidently and passionately harness the power of Ceremony and Ritual to more deeply align with what our Souls are yearning to create.
Why Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic Breathwork can aid the body to release physical “stuckness” such as tension, stress, emotions, trauma.
The three-part breathwork offered in this session can help with a myriad of items from chronic pain and immune function to anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia. This practice can help us tap into our creativity, and gives us the ability to access more of our “feel good” hormones which can benefit us holistically; from our physical and mental health to our overall spiritual wellbeing.
At The Heart Space Center we understand that stories live in our bodies. We work with people very day who are connecting with their bodies, uncovering the somatic stories they hold.

FREE! - SUNRISE HIKING MEDITATION
FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 5:50AM
BOISE, ID - NEAR HYDE PARK
Everyone who joined in February really enjoyed our experience together so we’re offering this again in March✨
What to Expect
The hike is roughly 5 miles, roundtrip (out and back).
We will hike northeast and east, towards the rising sun, at a steady incline up a large gravel road.
Participants are welcome to join for as long and far as they're able to make it. If anyone would like/needs to turn around before the group, that is welcome.
Format
May shift depending on how we’re feeling, but likely we’ll welcome:
Time to connect in conversation on our hike up.
Time for stillness; taking in the environment, the sunrise, and the view.
Perhaps some chanting or other practices we’re feeling drawn to that morning.
Silent hiking meditation on our way down (we’ll explain more on this at the hike).

Come, celebrate Hanumanji's birthday with us!
D’Arcy will be co-hosting Hanuman Jayanti with dear teacher and friend Marisa Radha Weppner for the second year at Sage in downtown Boise.
Hanuman is the Hindu monkey deity known for his love, devotion, and service to Lord Ram and Ram's beloved Sita.
Casual and relaxed - anyone interested in joining is welcome to come and celebrate Hanuman as we chant the Hanuman Chalisa. If this is new to you and you're curious, please, come!
If you do not know the Chalisa and still want to celebrate, please join and bask in the healing vibrations of the Chalisa! You're welcome to join with instruments, or just your presence alone - all are welcome!

You and your bhakti love
