Registration for this intimate Deep Dive is limited to a small group; roughly 5 individuals. The group size is intentional for the Deep Dive to be held in a very safe container so participants may dive as deeply as they’re ready to dive; space to be open, space to be vulnerable, space to share and space to receive.​​

​At The Heart Space Center we guide our Explorers through a variety of somatic practices — helping them release the stories stored within, fostering deep healing and transformation. That’s why we’re honored to be sponsoring Story Story Night and their March 25 show. Story Story Night is a place where voices and stories are given the space to be heard, and we couldn't be more grateful for their presence in our Boise community.

​​Come, celebrate Hanumanji's birthday with us!
D'Arcy Valverde and Marisa Radha Weppner will be co-hosting Hanuman Jayanti for the second year at Sage in downtown Boise.
​
Hanuman is the Hindu monkey deity known for his love, devotion, and service to Lord Ram and Ram's beloved Sita.
​
This event is casual and relaxed and open to anyone interested in joining to celebrate Hanuman by chanting the Hanuman Chalisa. If this is new to you and you're curious, please, come!
​
If you do not know the Chalisa and still want to celebrate, please join and bask in the healing vibrations of the Chalisa! You're welcome to join with instruments, or just your presence alone - all are welcome!

We will set up on the floor and Sage has plenty of yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, and other props to create a cozy seat to settle into for our celebration.

FREE! - sunrise hiking meditation
friday, april 18, 6am
boise, id - near hyde park
This hike is roughly 5 miles, roundtrip (out and back). We will hike northeast and east, towards the rising sun, at a steady incline up a large gravel road. Participants are welcome to join for as long and far as they're able to make it. If anyone would like/need to turn around before the group, that is welcome.
We'll explain a bit more about the walking meditation before we begin the hike. If we're called, we may invite other mindfulness modalities into our experience as well - we'll just see what unfolds.
This is not an "official" organized hike. This is just an invitation to come out for a hiking meditation with a group of like-minded individuals who have expressed interest in joining in this activity. Joining in these hikes is at participants' own discretion, and as such, each participant is responsible for their own safety and well-being before, during, and after the hike.
