I just completed my final Intermediate Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) Practitioner training✨

The final 4-day module was bittersweet (and very emotional!) as it was the final module with the cohort, TAs and lead teacher I've been with for the last year and a half. And, it marks the next and final step in my SEI training as I move into our Advanced modules - with a new cohort, new TAs, and a new lead teacher❤

Change has never been easy for me.

And, it's often in moments of change when we have some extra time for reflection.

Often in these in-betweens, these spaces, these holes, we can really tune into that innate wisdom within as we navigate and move ahead.

Sometimes it can feel scary; that unknown, or yet to come.

Yet curiosity - that stepping into the unknown - often takes us to spaces of expansion and growth. For me, it is what led me to the practice of SE - which has been, for me, the most life-changing practice yet!

I met @tommyrosen at #bhaktifest a couple years ago. I had no idea who he was but I was intrigued by the title of the session he was leading, "Overcoming our addiction culture".

I attended the session and found myself immersed in the magic of breath - a practice which I've enjoyed for years! Here I was again, breathing with intention, in community💞🙏✨

I've been following Tommy ever since and in January I officially joined his Recovery 2.0 community - because we're all on a path of recovery, so why not join others who are intentionally walking that path together with loving, compassionate leadership and guidance?🥰

At the end of the morning sadhana practice Tommy offered the community this month, he said these words. They really struck me, so I wanted to share them here💚
