Before scheduling your first session, please schedule a 30-minute phone consultation*. Once your phone consultation is scheduled, we will email you intake paperwork to complete and return to us 24 hours prior to your consultation. The paperwork and consultation offers us time to connect and ensure we are aligned on your specific goals, needs, and intentions around our work together into The Heart Space Center.
